About Us

Le Charme de Chêne is a small family owned and run company. We pride ourselves on using traditional joinery techniques combined with the finest hardwoods we can source locally.

As far as possible we use hand tools and no piece leaves the workshop unless it is the best work we can produce.

As all items are bespoke and made to order, no two items are identical.

Sustainability and low carbon miles are paramount to us. We only use FSC accredited suppliers.

The Oak production in our region is closely regulated and no trees are removed unless it is proved that the overall acreage is not being reduced. Even our workshop heating system is powered by the sawdust waste.
